Great Kiskadee

Description

The Great Kiskadee is a large flycatcher with a small range in the United States, only found in Southern Texas. This painting is from a photo I took in April 2024. After seeing the solar eclipse in Dallas, I drove all the way to the tip of Texas to visit a variety of specialty birds and was not disappointed!
