Okay it's not a Pocket Planet but a Pocket Moon! Earth's Moon to be exact. The colors I painted can't be seen with the naked eye but can be brought out when photographing the Moon and stacking multiple images. The color differences are due to differing mineral compositions—brown areas have iron and the blue areas are enriched in titanium.
