Shipping policy

Due to the custom nature of handmade art, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Tracking information will be sent via email and will provide more details about the time it will take to receive your order. Please monitor the status of your order so there are no issues with failed delivery. I recommend checking every few days, especially for international orders, which are typically handed off from USPS to your local carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, up-to-date shipping address, taking care of any customs fees/taxes, and keeping track of their orders. Please collect your package in a timely manner so your art is not thrown out or returned, and should any issues arise, they can be dealt with swiftly.

On the rare occasion an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, I will do my best to make it right for you.

  • If your order arrives damaged, take a picture and send it to me within 72 hours of receiving the order by contacting info@stellerarts.com. Please include your order number.
  • If something is lost, please contact me within 30 days of shipment to discuss next steps. I will request a search with the shipping carrier and file an insurance claim if necessary.

Disclaimer

I do not take responsibility nor compensate for the following instances of failed delivery:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Refusal or inability to collect package
  • Package returned to sender due to customer negligence (e.g., failure to retrieve from postal center, failure to pay customs, carrier unable to access building, etc.)

All packages returned to sender will be deemed a forfeiture of the order on behalf of the customer and not refunded. Customers can request a second delivery attempt but are responsible for the shipping costs.
