the basics

Why is the shop empty?

If the shop is empty, you must have missed the last drop! Subscribe to my email list and follow me on social media to get notified when new art is available. New collections happen every few months.

Do you take commissions?

No, I do not take commissions at this time. I prefer to follow wherever my creativity takes me in the moment and honestly believe it helps me produce my most beautiful paintings of space.

Can you donate art to my fundraiser/organization?

As a brand new business, my primary focus is making this a successful and sustainable source of income. Therefore, I am not in a place to donate more than 1-2 times per year. Please contact me directly with the details of your event so we can discuss the details/see if it aligns with my views.

All sales through my website are intended for personal use. Do not use my work for raffles, auctions, or fundraising purposes without my expressed consent.

shipping, returns, & art care

Do you ship worldwide?

Yep! I ship worldwide. Regional restrictions due to the pandemic and other issues beyond my control may, at times, impact where I am able to ship and the time it takes to receive your art. I promise it will be worth the wait.

What's your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of prints and original art,all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

How long does it take to get my order?

Original paintings and stickers are shipped from Arizona in the United States, usually via USPS. Your art will be protected with acid-free glassine paper, bubble wrap, or cardboard and mailed in an envelope, bubble mailer, or box depending on the piece and size. I use eco-friendly, compostable clear bags and as many sustainable packing materials as possible. Please allow 1-4 weeks for drying, packing, and processing.

Limited edition prints are shipped from my partner, The Print Space, from either the UK or Germany depending on your location. I am proud to work with a service that uses sustainable packaging and runs a carbon neutral service. Expect your order to arrive in crumble-proof packaging or a reinforced tube to protect your art during transit.

International orders are typically shipped via USPS, but it will depend on the cost, size of the art, and location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes.

Tracking information will be sent via email and will provide more details about the time it will take to receive your art. Please monitor the status of your order so there are no issues with failed delivery. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unpaid fees, the customer is responsible for new shipping costs and fees.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Providing an accurate, up-to-date shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. I will try my best to fix errors before your order is dispatched but cannot make any guarantees.

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

On the rare occasion an order arrives damaged in some way or is lost in transit, I will do my best to make it right for you.

  • If a print is damaged, take a picture and send it to me within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting info@stellerarts.com. Please include your order number.
  • If an original is lost, please email me to discuss next steps. I will request a search with the USPS and file an insurance claim if necessary.

Will I get a certificate of authenticity?

Limited edition prints arrive with a digitally signed certificate of authenticity, providing all the technical details of the work. Open edition prints do not come with a certificate. Please refer to individual listings of original paintings to see if they include a certificate of authenticity.

How do I handle and care for my art?

Be extra careful when opening your art for the first time. I wash/dry my hands and use lint-free gloves when handling. Take a moment to stop and admire how awesome it is, of course!

Larger prints may need to roll out and flatten. First, let the piece roll out naturally for a couple days before gently weighing down the corners with books. Ensure you are protecting your art throughout this process.

Whether you frame your print yourself or have it framed by professionals, make sure to use archival, acid-free materials. Keep your art in its protective envelope or tissue paper in a safe place before framing. Buying a pre-framed print will take this hassle off your hands, if you prefer to have ready-to-hang art delivered to your door.
