Returns

Due to the custom nature of prints and original art, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yep! I am based in the United States and ship worldwide. Regional restrictions due to issues beyond my control may, at times, impact where I am able to ship and the time it takes to receive your art. I promise it will be worth the wait.

How long does it take to get my order?

Originals and some print orders are shipped from Arizona in the United States, usually via USPS. For certain limited edition print runs, I partner with The Print Space based in the US, UK, and Germany. Please allow 1-4 weeks for drying, packing, and processing.

Tracking information will be sent via email and will provide more details about the time it will take to receive your art. Please monitor the status of your order so there are no issues with failed delivery. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unpaid fees, the customer is responsible for new shipping costs and fees. 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Providing an accurate, up-to-date shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Contact me immediately and I will try my best to fix errors before your order is dispatched but cannot make any guarantees. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs should an order need to be sent out a second time.

How are customs fees handled?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes. Please take care of customs charges in a timely manner so your art isn't thrown out or returned.

Shipping Policies

Please monitor your tracking information every few days, especially for international orders, so that you can collect your package in a timely manner and any issues that come up can be dealt with swiftly. 

On the rare occasion an order arrives damaged in some way or is lost in transit, I will do my best to make it right for you.

  • If your order arrives damaged, take a picture and send it to me within 72 hours of receiving the order by contacting info@stellerarts.com. Please include your order number.
  • If something is lost, please contact me within 30 days of shipment to discuss next steps. I will request a search with the shipping carrier and file an insurance claim if necessary.

I do not take responsibility nor compensate for the following instances of failed delivery due to customer negligence:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Refusal or inability to collect package
  • Packages returned to sender due to not being retrieved from postal center, failure to pay customs/fees, carrier unable to access building/mailbox, etc.

All packages returned to me will be deemed a forfeiture of the order on behalf of the customer and not refunded. Customers are responsible for shipping costs should an order need to be sent out a second time.
