Do you ship worldwide?
Yep! I am based in the United States and ship worldwide. Regional restrictions due to issues beyond my control may, at times, impact where I am able to ship and the time it takes to receive your art. I promise it will be worth the wait.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped from Arizona in the United States, usually via USPS. For certain limited edition print runs, I partner with The Print Space based in the US, UK, and Germany. Please allow 1-4 weeks for drying, packing, and processing.
Tracking information will be sent via email and will provide more details about the time it will take to receive your art. Please monitor the status of your order so there are no issues with failed delivery. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unpaid fees, the customer is responsible for new shipping costs and fees.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Providing an accurate, up-to-date shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Contact me immediately and I will try my best to fix errors before your order is dispatched but cannot make any guarantees. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs should an order need to be send out a second time.
How are customs fees handled?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes. Please take care of customs charges in a timely manner so your art isn't thrown out or returned.
